Description of works: The works included internal & external maintenance as well as minor refurbishment works
- We stripped and re-covered main pitch and mono pitched roofs with new recycled slates
- We demolished and re-built the brick boundary wall on right hand side of entrance and fitted new external lighting to the wall
- All existing windows were stripped out and replaced with new double glazed timber windows
- Decoration works were carried out to all newly fitted windows
- An extension and re-surfacing of the car park was also carried out and new block paving was laid
- Full internal decoration works were also carried out to; main hall, entrance lobby, corridor, office areas, bathrooms etc.
- Existing flooring was uplifted and new flooring was laid in main hall area
- Existing bathrooms were also overhauled and refurbished
