Description of works: Set up scaffold elevations on three sides of the building to carry out an extrenal fabric repair & refurbishment. Repaired all damaged windows from the inside and outside of the building, undertaking full decoration to exterior side of windows. All spalled brickwork and stone masonry was restored. Carried out further repairs and redecoration to all guttering & down pipes.
